45 min elliptical for me today. I tried going backwards for the last few minutes....all I know is very different muscles used!0 -
30 min elliptical and upper body strength training0

60 mins of body combat. Was so intense that every inch of me was sweating! Was good though0

Tonight gonna HIIT it, and if all the timing is just right I'm going to hit the $5 pizza "happy hour".0

I jog/walk 4.5 miles in the Vicksburg National Military park where there is a lot of hills..It is a great workout to start my day...0

35 minute stationary bike with random levels of tension
45 minute treadmill: ran 2.5 miles and walked .5 mile0 -
