I haven't signed up for WW yet, but can someone tell me some more information on the fruits and vegetables? Are these considered free foods?

    I believe under their new program, fruits and veggies are free and they have upped the point values on everything else.

    Yes on the new Points Plus proram fruit and vegetables are zero points. They do caution to whatch how many servings of fruit you have daily.

    So then they wouldn't really be free then? Or is that just on certain fruits and vegetables? I bought the package with the new program, but the book really doesn't give much information on that part.
