would love to run, but hurt achilles So, vigorous freestyle swimming for probably about 45 minutes. Then maybe some walking.0

Horse ride (90 mins total) - hacking in the forest then a riding lesson. Next week I'm going to have to hack afte the lesson I think though as it was too intense for him after hacking out. Good hot stuff though.0

Today I did Walk Away The Pounds 3 mile for 47 minutes.0

Zumba DVDs - Flat abs and Cardio Party Now trying to talk myself into some dumbbell work and lunges (ugh!!)0

Jillian Michaels Level 1 6 week 6 pack this morning, then walk the dogster this evening for about 30 min.0

Bob Harper Butt and Balance & 20 minutes elliptical, then this evening give the dog a walk if my shin splints will calm down.0

going in the cardio cinema to do 500 calories on elliptical, might do some lower body weight machines, work in a gym today so we'll see, not sure I have the energy to do any lifting0

1/4 mile jog (6mph)
30 walking lunges w/ 8lb medicine ball overhead
20 situps
15 pushups
15 deadlifts (65lbs)
15 seated rows (45lbs)
Took 33 minutes.0 -
Two one-mile walks on my work breaks at 4.3 mph
One three-mile run to be done at an easy pace for my half marathon training plan0
