    would love to run, but hurt achilles :( So, vigorous freestyle swimming for probably about 45 minutes. Then maybe some walking.

    Horse ride (90 mins total) - hacking in the forest then a riding lesson. Next week I'm going to have to hack afte the lesson I think though as it was too intense for him after hacking out. Good hot stuff though. :)

    I coach cheerleading for 4 hours every Sunday :/

    going in the cardio cinema to do 500 calories on elliptical, might do some lower body weight machines, work in a gym today so we'll see, not sure I have the energy to do any lifting

    I did my own little hybrid Crossfit/NROLFW workout

    Five rounds of:

    1/4 mile jog (6mph)
    30 walking lunges w/ 8lb medicine ball overhead
    20 situps
    15 pushups
    15 deadlifts (65lbs)
    15 seated rows (45lbs)

    Took 33 minutes.
