Level 1, Day 5 here. Jump rope is KILLER on my calves. :(

Push ups for me too. I HATE them with a fiery passion! But recently I've started to notice muscle build up in my upper arms, so I know they are working and will continue doing them :)

I'm on Day 5 of Level one. It certainly gets easier... In the beginning I was lucky if I could do 2 jumping jacks, and now I'm like "Aw, is that it?" :P

I think it depends on the kind of advice you need as to who should respond.

I'm the old fashioned rolled oats and water! 1/2 cup of rolled oats and 1 cup of water. I make it on the stove (I never use a microwave) Sometimes I add some sultanas, nuts and seeds to jazz it up a bit :P

I used them last year, as did my mother. Neither of us found it to be very helpful. To be honest, I think the only way it would aid in weightloss is by vomiting. (They taste horrible!) :P

Weekly, because your weight fluctuates throughout the week due to water weight. Also, you could find one day you've lost a pound, and the next day you've put on two. It can leave you feeling disappointed and put you off. But that's just me!
