I just bought a block of tofu today to make some "crispy sweet and sour tofu". I've had tofu before but haven't cooked with it yet! Thank you!

I have the same issue. Trying calling their tech support. They fixed it for me once and it was fine for awhile (though it is doing it again)

I feel your story! About 5 years ago, I lost 54lbs over a span of 8 months. I maintained it for about a year afterwards and then after a car accident, it just slowly creeped back on. As of 6 weeks ago, I weighed in again at my original start weight. Am down 8lbs as of last week and feeling very very motivated. Add me as a…

I usually crave carbs and really heavier foods. I used to binge on pizza or take out because I thought it made me feel better. But now, I usually just make a big bowl of pasta or something that fills me up really well. It usually means I eat over my calories but it stops me from a binge and losing control. I typically eat…

Reviving this old post - Brantford, Ontario here... but work in the KW area

I've had 3 Fitbits. The cheapest one I've owned was the Zip - it just clips onto your bra/pocket/whatever. Its fairly inexpensive at 50 dollars. But you have to replace the battery every 4-6 months. I had the fitbit Charge HR (which was my first one) and it was great but a bit more expensive. I currently have the Versa…

I do this with lipton's chicken noodle soup - so many saltine crackers that its mostly soggy crackers with chicken flavour haha

Thanks everyone! I think I am going to go ahead and order one! I appreciate the links and comments 😊😊

I love food. Like, copious amounts of greasy fried foods. I lost 54lbs a couple years ago, stopped counting and gained 30lbs back. If I am not aware of what I eat daily, I can very very easily overeat (by hundreds or thousands of calories). This will be a life long journey. It took me gaining that weight back to realize…

I noticed differences in how I felt after the first week; noticed small changes in my body after 2-3 weeks; big changes in my body months in (and 20lbs down); and started to get comments from other people at the 25-30lb mark.

I use a Polar ft4 HR monitor. I like having it as a tool towards counting my calorie burn. I also keep in mind that it is not always 100% accurate. But I think its a worthwhile tool to invest in - especially if you plan to do a lot of cardio.

Coffee is my life. I drink minimum 2 a day with just a little 1% milk.

15lbs is a lot in a month. Some of it may have been water weight (I remember losing a lot in my first few weeks as well). 1lb a week is pretty realistic and healthy. But as others have suggested, it could be your calorie intake. How much are you eating daily? Do you weigh everything?
-
Agreed about Polar! I have used a Polar ft4 for about 3-4 years and I have never had an issue with it!
-
Agreed with the rotisserie chicken. Its delicious and can last for several meals. You can eat it alone or even mix it into a salad, on a sandwich, etc etc.

I like iceberg, but usually eat spinach for my salads.

I had to do the same. It was way off and trying to tell me I had an extra several hundred or thousand calories left when I didn't.

Maybe not weird, but kind of grossed me out... I know a guy who eats a whole roasted garlic everyday. Sometimes, he will roast several of them and eat them all in one sitting.

My face goes BEET red anytime I work out (even if its very tame). I get that question all the time hahaha

I lost 54lbs in 8 months by working out 5 days a week (either running, weights or circuit training). I would eat 1600-2000 calories on days I worked out and usually tried to cap it around 1600 if I didnt work out that day. I was 222lbs when I started and got to 168 at my lowest. It worked for me. :)

My breasts are the first thing to get bigger (if I gain weight) or smaller if I lose weight. When I lost 54lbs a few years ago, I went from a 40E cup to a 36DD. I will always have large breasts unless I have surgery but they are definitely notably smaller and I am much happier with them.

Somebody said that to me too. I was down 50lbs and had another 30-40 go before my goal (and it was a very healthy realistic goal for me).

I like oreos... But I don't like chocolate. Does that make me broken?

1550 calories here and an open diary

mm food. I eat "healthy" and I eat "junk foods" - as long as it fits in my calories, I eat. (and sometimes over my calories too :D )

Amazing!!

I would just enter 0 calories burned when you put your exercises in...

I worked at a Wendys way back in my teens (man that makes me feel old lol).. I remember trying to eat healthy when I was there and would often get a grilled chicken - no bun for lunch and cut it up into a garden salad with light dressing. That worked for me. But honestly, bring your own lunch everyday. Meal prep on your…
