I'm new to the group also, but not new to MFP. Lost about 70 in my 1st year, and held steady until about a year ago. Holy menopause...20-25 lbs gained. Going to scour the feed tomorrow for as much info as I can. Hope to get to know you all.
Personally I have never had one of them that looked like the picture on the box. For the same amount of calories, I can make my own lunch or dinner, and eat twice as much.

I just had a quinoa salad for lunch. 1/2 cup quinoa, 3 oz grilled chicken, 1 oz reduced fat feta, cilantro, cherry tomatos, radish mixed with 2 tablespoons of Newman's own sesame ginger salad dressing. it was so good.
