TOM hunger?
Today is day one of my TOM, and I am absolutely starving, despite eating plenty of calories. I'm going to have some coconut oil in my dessert tonight in fact, just to stave off the hunger. Anyone else experience this?

Exercise causes water retention?
I recently started exercising, mainly fitness blender videos that focus on toning. I walk for my cardio a couple times a week. HWC & Starbucks question
So, I'm near my carb limit for the day (that apple was worth it), but no where near my cal limit/goal. How would I calculate the calories in say, a SF caramel latte made with heavy whipping cream? It's not an option on their site, sadly. I know it'd be an obscene amount, but I have over 1000 cals left for the day.

Too few carbs?
I've been doing some reading, and apparently under 50 grams puts most people in ketosis. I'm on 25 grams and I'm wondering if that's too low? I'm 18, female, 5' 2" and pretty active. I like that I'm losing 2 lbs a week, roughly. But is there such a thing as too few carbs?

any ideas for wakefullness snacks?
Ok, so pre keto I always had something carby before evening activities like night class, club meeting, movie night etc. What would you recommend for a light, quick energy snack? Beef jerky is expensive and the flavored types have too many carbs. :( I also basically have a caffeine iv drip, so more coffee isn't the answer :p

Yogurt has so freaking many carbs, wth????
So everything I've read about keto has a gazillion stars next to full fat dairy products.....but yoplait original has 33(!)g of carbs. I love yogurt, but that is over my preferred daily limit. What brand are you guys getting that has fat and maybe some protein, but nto so darned many carbs?

Adding fat without adding carbs?
I need some easy ways to add fat without adding carbs. I thought of milk, but that doesn't seem to be a viable option. Thoughts, recipes? I use protein drinks for on the go meals, so not much fat there. I love cheese, but I can't just blindly eat it.
