workout 6 done! felt good! I'm still horrible at the windshield abs move! i was really good with the cardio in this video (i actually tried it out now that my hips and knees feel better). i didn't do the high jumps with the knees though out of love for my knees. cardio day tomorrow and on to week 6.

I previewed the cardio 2 video and since it has a ton of jumping, I've decided to opt out this week and do elliptical (kindest to my knees) for my cardio workouts instead. I've been doing my hip, knees, and ankle stretches recommended to me by a doctor friend and I just won't risk any knee injuries so I'm going to let them…

feels good to be done with month 1 of the program not doing the cardio 1 video though, i retired that last week elliptical/treadmill later on excited for week 5 and cardio 2 really nervous about injuries.. my knees in particular

where are all my week 4 people at? I'm the only one posting?! Week 4 Day 4 Workout 3 Done. Knees and hips are bothering me, so i'm taking it easy on some of the moves to prevent injury, but overall, workout 3 feels easy now.

Cardio done! i am really bored of the video! plus my knees hurt slightly so I'm avoiding the jumping (esp that running man! hate it!). i decided to do 45min elliptical today instead. i only burn roughly 250 with the jillian video, i burned 460 with the elliptical.... i think thats a win haha

workout 4 still feels like a beast to me, but i made it through and thats all that matters. the first two circuits feel okay, it just gets harder for me towards the end.

no one posted?! starting this week later today! party weekend festivities are finally over and everybody has left the house. my diet was atrocious, but its okay, because I'm back on the wagon. week 4 of 12, lets do this!

week 3 over!!! yay! cardio done. might do some additional cardio later if i get a chance esp bcuz theres too many ppl at my house (they keep feeding me!) and too much temptation (lots and lots of indian food!). excited for my party day tomorrow and for a rest day (finally) on sunday. and then on to week 4!

I'm sore! butt, quads, arms! it made the same old cardio 1 video feel not so easy. powered through it without resting/breaking (even with those running mans), so i'm going to still look at it as if i killed it - but man oh man, my arms/legs/back/everywhere (haha) hurt from yesterday.

yay the last time for Workout 1. i feel like i accomplished something haha - felt quick and easy - didn't really burn a lot of calories this time compared to the last few times. my legs still kill during those thigh parallel kickout moves, but i didn't fall out of the workout this time! woo! balance!
