my goals are to 1, plan my meals 2, track everything in my food diary 3, exercise more. I had a +4lb gain this week so need to get myself back on track.

AUGUST 15th
Report back from yesterday 1. I only managed 5,351 steps instead of the 10,000. 2. Had pasta and didn't weigh it . there for I didn't log my diary ( that will not happen again). 3.
