Energy?
I have a question? Is there any supplements or anything you guys would recommend for energy, I have zero motivation to do anything at all, I don't get it. I don't think at 29 years old this is how I should feel. I went to the doctor and had blood work done last September everything was good. So I'm at a loss. Any advice or…

Fitbit accuracy
I have a fitbit charge 2. I've been working out for 30-45 mins a day, and using the workout option on my charge to track how many calories I'm burning, I'm wondering if anyone has any input on how accurate this tracker is, with steps and working out, I walked 13,000 steps total today and it's saying I burned like 800…

Fitbit
So I just bought a fitbit charge 2, and I was wondering if I'm supposed to log my exercises or since I'm wearing this and it's counting steps and tells me cals burned if i just go off of that? Also, are they pretty accurate, should I eat back any of the calories it's telling me I've burned ? Thanks in advance.

Activity level
When setting up your mfp account, it says choose your level of activity.... I put mine on the lowest because I didn't feel as though I was moving much at my job, but I got a fitness tracker watch (Not fit bit, some off brand) and it's saying I'm walking at least min of 10,000 steps while at work, then I walk at least 30…

1/2 lb or 1 lb ?
I'm 5'5 I weigh 156, I have my goal set to 1 lb a week, is that too much tho ? Should it be set at 1/2 lb? I've lost 12 lbs in 5 weeks, so I'm just curious as to if i should switch it or keep it the same since I'm losing? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Logging exercise
I've been doing hiit workouts and also walking 30 to 40 minutes a night, upping it daily. I don't do the hiit workouts and walk, I do one or the other. Anyways my question is how do I know it's accurate when I log my walking in. Just curious. Thanks in advance.

Could it be?
Is it really that simple? Eat under your calorie goal that mfp gives you for the day and you'll lose weight? That almost seems too easy after today of actually trying to eat ok, and stay under my goal for the day. Idk am i missing something? Also, i didnt add my exercise (walking) into the diary either, didn't know if…

Help? Maybe a stupid question..
Ok, so MFP says I should be eating 1280 calories a day, ok, that's fine. So then I work out and it was I have like 400 calories "left" now do I eat those back ? Or do I leave them there to be able to lose weight ? I'm confused on this? Any advice or help would be much appreciated.
