So I've been working out for 2 days but I don't add it on here because I don't know if it's going to be accurate. It's just some YouTube videos. I know im starving and feel like I haven't ate, even tho I have ate today. I don't know if this has anything to do with working out and not logging it ? Or if I'm just used to eating a lot of food. Ugh.... hope it gets easier and more doable.

It could be that your goal is too aggressive. If you picked the "lose 2 pounds per week" option, the calorie goal you will be given is a pretty dramatic reduction compared to what most of us are used to. Try starting out with aiming for a pound per week. With under 50 pounds to lose a faster rate of loss may not be reasonable and will be harder to stick to.

Your brain runs on glycogen. Carbs in your food are converted to glycogen. Your muscles also run on glycogen. When you exercise, you increase the rate at which you use your bodily supply of glycogen. When your bodily supply of glycogen drops to a certain low level, your brain begins asking your body to convert stored fat into ketone bodies which the brain can also use for energy. This process of conversion is slow. If you are awake when it happens, you notice it because you feel like you are starving and you feel like you haven't eaten. You can do either of two things; eat, or wait without eating. If you can wait without eating, which is difficult, your body will finally get the ketone bodies to the brain and the brain will stop complaining. There's nothing wrong with eating, either. A banana is a great choice for this time. And what usmcmp said, too.
