Energy?

I have a question? Is there any supplements or anything you guys would recommend for energy, I have zero motivation to do anything at all, I don't get it. I don't think at 29 years old this is how I should feel. I went to the doctor and had blood work done last September everything was good. So I'm at a loss. Any advice or help would be appreciated. Thank you!!

I would recommend b12 vitamins.0

Could be a vitamin deficiency. Did you have those checked by your doctor? That may be a good first step. Some people get the B12 shots and notice having more energy.
Also, sometimes the types of food we eat can either contribute to or deplete our energy levels but it's entirely up to each individual and will take some trial and error on your part.
For me, I don't think carbs are "bad" (IMO, no food is bad unless it's spoiled or I don't like it), but eating fewer carbs makes me feel more energetic. Of course, that means I eat more protein and fats, so that helps, too.
Being active keeps us more active. I go to the gym after work which is late afternoon. If I ask myself what I feel like doing the answer will be, "take a nap". However, I've made a habit to workout at that time and consider it part of my work day. Once I get there and get going I'm fine and have energy for the rest of the evening.1 -
Make yourself move. 15 minutes every morning, straight away.
If I don't move straight away I feel sluggish all day.0 -

If you're continuing to feel this way then perhaps you should go get your blood work drawn up again? Generally fatigue can stem from a number of different factors - stress, lack of sleep, nutrition, vitamin deficiencies, etc. You should go again to rule out any serious health conditions/ factors.
If you're generally healthy, then maybe you need to revisit your "why". Why are you on this fitness journey? It's important to have a strong, meaningful reason why - to push you through both the good & bad times. It's important for all of us to refer back to our 'why' every now & again.
Having a strong accountability & support system is also super helpful and motivating. There are a number of wonderful people here on MFP that can help you with your journey... and provide you with the kick in the pants that you need on those days you simply don't feel like working out.
Don't beat yourself up! Everyone has days/weeks (sometimes months) that they don't feel motivated or energized. But rest assured you CAN do this.

I've been taking green tea pills which has caffeine and is supposed to help suppress appetite as well. vitamins help as well.1

Even before you look at vitamin deficiencies, go to the doctor etc, it would be useful if you shared your stats.
Basically,
are you eating enough to fuel your day, week, month?
Are you eating back your exercise calories?
Are you over exercising?
Is your goal too aggressive for the amount of weight you need to lose?
Are you hitting your macro and micro goals?
Are you getting enough sleep?
Are you over stressed?
If everything above is on point go to the doctor. A blood test back in September has no relevance in July.
Look at your habits and goals and see if you are doing yourself a service or a disservice.
