Experiencing this bitter taste
I have never experienced this before.....Whatever I eat ...it taste very bitter...It started last night while I was eating an omelette(which I didn't finish) then later in the night I have a few almonds ...same thing it tasted bitter....again today while eating a salad ....Has anyone else experienced this?

my scale is going in the wrong direction
I know I know that the scale is a liar but how in the world is it telling me I gained 6 pounds in a week :o ...I was stuck at 209.2 for the past 2 weeks and this week 215.2 YIKES ...my eating hasn't changed ..actually nothing as changed this week

My awesome dinner
I made this for the 1st time ever and I must say I am a huge fan .....cream cheese and parsley(suppose to use green onions..I don't like onions) stuffed chicken breast wrapped in bacon with roasted brussel sprouts :)

Why do I torture myself ... I know better but yet I still do it ....I made spicy lemon garlic shrimp and I had bread to soak up all the yummy butter and as soon as it was eaten I now have a massive headache ....when will I learn UGH

I had french dip with sourdough bread and a few tater tots tonight for dinner and I feel sick to my stomach with a headache .. I have not had bread or potoes since I started LCHF in October ... Live and learn

Spaghetti squash
I have never had spaghetti squash until tonight and I must say its delicioussssssssssssssss ...I use to be such a picky eater as a kid ....I am still picky but not as much now that I am adult ....but my spaghetti with hot italian sausage is very yummy .... :)

My December Goals
I would love to lose 5lbs before my 45th bday (which is Dec. 29th) and I would love to get my rear in gear and workout 6 days a week like I was doing prior to hurting my knee and just being lazy ... What are your goals for this month?

My first fatbomb=sour stomach
I made my first fatbomb last night (peanutbutter cups) with Lindt 85% cocoa and stevia in the raw and right after I ate it I got a sour stomach ...Is that normal?
