Controversial subject
I want to kick start my weight loss it's been a year I had at one point lost 10 lbs. I just lost all motivation so, what I'm wanting is something ANYTHING any suggestions that will help me start the process. Like a supplement. What works? Has anyone out there tried any of them? I think it might get me on track.

HELP WITH MIDNIGHT MUNCHIES!
So I go to bed. Go to sleep, and wake up a few hours later unbelievably famished. It feels as if I haven't eaten in days!!! So I get up and try to choose something healthy but it's past freakin midnight usually and I don't WANT to eat or add useless calories. Any suggestions?????

This is my question. I've seen the b and a of lifting, HOW does one start?? As in how do I know what to do how much to do when to do? I'm 53, I have a very physical job so I don't want to hurt anything in the process, but I also can't afford a personal trainers fee. Any thoughts???

Carbs and sugar
How the devil do I cut down on these two demons. My doc said older women, which I am one, have many problems with these two as far as weight loss goes. She said cut down on carbs and sugar. But try as I might. Starve sometimes I feel, they are always the two I go into the red on! How does everyone else do it??!!!!!

Juicing, AGAIN
Question: do juicing veggies versus fruit matter enough? I know veggies have a bit less sugar but is it similar when juiced? I know eating the fruit itself is always the best , so is it the same with veggies? Thanks in advance.

is it really that bad for one to assign a sedentary setting with a lightly to moderately active life style? Popping during workout.
Does anyone experience popping in the joints while working out? This happens on my right side whenever I do standing side crunches. Lifting my leg causes a popping feel in my hip. Should I not do the exercise? There is no pain but I'm worried I'm causing damage.

Am I confused?
i just want to ask this to May sure I understand. I eat the Cals that MFP allots because there is a deficit built into those Cals. If I eat only those Cals I will lose weight?? Is that how it works?? I don't have to have anymore deficit only eat those Cals??

I'm not understanding the difference between setting the activity level at active, because I have a very active job, all day everyday, and having a calorie deficit.
