Don't wear leg weights for walking and working. Only for resistance for things like leg lifts, leg raises, hydrants, etc.

Bummer. I thought I was doing something good by wearing them. Burning more Cals.. Strengthening my legs,Sort of a passive kind of excercise. :( I guess I won't be doing that anymore.

For strengthening, it's best to follow a proper strength program.
To burn more calories, you can walk faster or longer. Or eat fewer calories. :+1:

Well I have an active job, so it was my thought to put my activity at sedentary in MFP but I was advised that is not how it works. That I should, if I'm active, which I am, put my setting on active and have a caloric deficit. I guess in my my I see no difference of having 1680 Cals then having a deficit at the end of the day with the same active job, versus a calorie setting of 1210 with a sedentary setting and no deficit, and my active job.
