Cheat days/ Cheat meals??
So I've been sticking to my healthy eating and I desire a cheat day. Someone told me they cheat all day twice a week. Someone else says they only have one cheat meal a week. I have not yet decided. But then again I've been doing so good I'm thinking cheating might mess up my groove. I'm not sure the best route on this one.

I haven't been working out within the last week. Nor have I been eating healthy. eating breakfast for moms
I read an article that said you should eat breakfast within 30 minutes the time you first wake up. But I'm a mom. And my 6 month old requires me to wake up at odd times. Should I eat breakfast at 5am or wait until I actually get up and start my day?
