Sorry about my last post. I meant did anyone know any good mixes for meal replacement for like breakfast and lunch. Like fruit and veggie smoothies

Yogurt I like Greek because it is higher in protein
Avocado for some healthy fats
Spinach fresh or frozen
Any fruit you like
Pineapple and banana pack a flavor punch so you only a small amount of you use these.
I like to use milk as my liquid but you can use orange juice or water.
Last I like to put a scoop of vanilla protein powder in to add more protein and flavor.
Don't be afraid of playing with spices like cinnamon, and coco powder, or even peanutbutter or other nut butters.0 -
