Protein powder oatmeal: HOW?
I want to eat protein powder oatmeal, but I think I don't know how to do it. I've tried putting it in the oatmeal and then microwaving it (it turns to plastic) or scooping it into cooked oatmeal(had a grainy consistency, even after being thoroughly stirred). How do people do it?

Database question
If someone else edits a food after I log it, does it change the entry for the next time I log it? IE, if something has 17 grams of fiber but someone edits it to 13, am I going to be logging the unedited version or the new version?

Low calorie ice cream toppings
I bought a bucket of vanilla ice cream that's turned out to be pretty disappointing. Besides fruit and cinnamon, can you recommend toppings that are fairly low-calorie?

How does this flatbread math work?
100 calories 2.5 grams of fat * 9= 22 17 grams of carbs * 4= 68 9 grams of protein * 4= 36 Total= 126 Right? What am I missing that makes this product only 100 calories?
