Soup recipes
I love soup for a healthy food as it is easy to make and contains lots of veg. However the soups I eat are repetitive and I love ham hock soup but it is rather fatty and salty. Does anyone have any healthy soup recipes to try out. I don't eat dairy but apart from that I am open to anything. Thanks

Stich while running and now walking
I'm working up from walking to jogging using interval training but I keep getting massive stitch in the same place in my ribs each time. Over sugar limit help!
I have only eaten my lunch and breakfast and I am already over my sugar limit. I have had a yogurt, melon for breakfast and a selection of vegetables for lunch. What can I do to stop going over my limit and what vegetables are low in sugar... Any advice would be of great help!
