I started my second year off uni and this has caused me to lose all the progress I have made. My eating and exercise plan have disappeared as my schedule is hectic and I am too busy to try and sort it. Any tips for keeping healthy while busy would be incredible. (I live with my parent so can't make a weeks meals in advance as they complain I take up all the fridge)

Maybe start with one thing at a time. De-stress. Make a schedule. I just started using a day planner this year, and it helps so much to see and visualize what's coming up and what needs to get done. Then maybe just track what you eat. I'm saying this stuff for myself also. Hang in there!0
