So... my dinner tonight was a big delicious salad, i felt satisfied and healthy untill i logged my ingredients and found i had consumed almost 900 cals!!!!!! Vegan
I'm ready to try a diet that is completely free of animal products. I've been vegetarian for a while now but life without cheese is a scary concept. Anyone out there a vegan? I'm not sure where to start.

I NEED nachos... help
I'm at work fantasizing about nachos. This my favorite food and i haven't had any in weeks! I now feel like i must have them now, but i still have to pick up supplies. I usually make then full of fat and grease - does anyone have any suggestions to lessen the calorie impact? Any ideas would be very much appreciated :smile:…

:noway: I've been controlling myself lately, and it feels great. No binging, no mindless snacking. That said, my lunch today sucked. Colonics?!
Have any of you ever tried a colonic? I haven't, wouldn't even know where to get it done, but i've heard you can lose 5 pounds or so of yucky old waste in one session, and that you feel healthier, and lose weight faster after. Wonder if there's any truth to this?:noway:
