I've been lifting for about 5 weeks now, getting back into it. I never really knew what I was doing (still don't) before but when do you start lifting more? Do you just know based off your body or?

Knee Cap Issues
So I've been noticing this pain in my knee caps especially when I'm biking (stationary) and was wondering if anyone had any similar experience / solutions to the problem. Kind of feels like they're constantly popping while I'm on the bike and now walking around they're kind of hurting. I bike 3-4 times a week.

Weightless Fluctuation
So in the first 2 weeks of my weight loss journey I lost 16 lbs (8 per week) last week I only lost 1lb and three days into this week I'm down almost 4lbs. What's the deal? So you need to consume more calories. Do you eat more at your meals even if your full? On weekends it's easier to eat more often but my job I'm here 9-10 hours with one 30 minute break. I eat, pack my lunch, go to work, eat on break, go home and sleep. Too tired to cook more.
