So I'm a huge sushi fan and every other week I go to all you can eat sushi. On those days I eat very little throughout the day to make room for a bigger meal. Is it bad to do this or is it okay to save calories for a specific meal every once and a while?
I ended up having over 1000 calories for dinner but am still well below my limit and have room for a snack before I go to the gym tonight.

Meal timing is irrelevant, it all comes down to CICO.0

I always, always, always 'save' calories during the week for my indulgent weekends! It's the only way I can still enjoy my greedy Saturdays
! Enjoy your sushi!

Meal timing doesn't matter. Your stomach doesn't know what time of the day it is.
Similarly, you can also "bank" some calories throughout the week and go big on the weekend. I specially like this tactic for big occasions when you know you are going to eat high amount of calories so you can save some calories throughout the week.

Substitute Tex-Mex for sushi and that was me. I've lost 124 pounds.0
