So I've been noticing this pain in my knee caps especially when I'm biking (stationary) and was wondering if anyone had any similar experience / solutions to the problem.

Kind of feels like they're constantly popping while I'm on the bike and now walking around they're kind of hurting. I bike 3-4 times a week.

I've torn both ACL's and have had them repaired. I can definitely relate to knee pain. It seems kind of surprising though that biking is causing your knee pain because biking causes a lot less stress on your knees than running or something like that. I would suggest resting for a week or two. If the pain persists, go see a doctor.

Yeah its weird running doesn't hurt my knees at all. Like I said it's like as they're spinning they're popping. Weird stuff for sure.
