Pre workout while losing weight?
I currently take RAW LIT pre workout most days when I do lower body. It doesn’t matter if I’m trying to lose weight, correct? Should I take pre workout or BCAAS? I don’t know what would be best since I wanna lose weight but maintain my muscle.

I have back rolls and arm fat, a lot. If I lift heavy will I just not lose the weight and look even more wide since I’m going to lift weights? I want to look smaller from my upper body but I have fat there so idk if lifting weights will help? Or do I gotta lift lighter?

How important is it to switch up workouts? I stick to hip thrusts, cable kick backs, leg extensions, leg press, and a few squats on the smith machine.
