HELP!

Okay so I've had enough, I honestly want to lose a lot of weight. I have a lot of back fat and my stomach is flabby and hangs down. I want to prevent lose skin, and I honestly want to get thicker from my lower body. How should i weight train?

    You should weight train in a calorie deficit.... You won't lose the fat otherwise

    If you are wanting to weight train there are a few programs to choose from. Strong curves, new rules for women are just a couple that spring to mind.
