Has anyone had success in getting a bigger bum and thighs? I really want to transform my lower body but I need to lose weight. I don’t want to end up skinny fat and with no muscle. What should I do?

I've given you some advice in your previous threads on how to do this, not sure if you've seen it
-eat in a deficit (not too steep but it depends on how much you have to lose)
- get adequate protein (0.8-1g per lb goal weight)
- follow a progressive lifting program, Strong Curves is a great one that focuses on the glutes and lower body
When you are in a deficit you will mostly maintain what you have, maybe grow a bit if you are lucky. If you get close to goal and still want more size, you can either start eating at maintenance to recomp (lose fat and gain muscle over time) or run a bulk cycle where you gain weight (muscle and fat). It can take many years to get to where you need to go, so patience is key3 -
And I have grown my glutes/legs from the ground up with bulk cycles (I lost too much weight and muscle and was left with just about nothing). Also I am able to maintain what I build when I cut/lose weight. I keep doing this over and over and eventually I've come close to where I need to go. Also depends on your goal, expectations and genetics.0
