I'm on week 4 now and in a calorie deficit of 1200 calories a day and have been exercising too. Do you eat junk food you crave?
Just wondered do you eat junk food such as chocolate crisps burgers, chips cakes, etc in your diet or do you completely cut it out? Cardio fitness dvd workout.... vs running?
So I'm in two minds weather a 20minute cardio workout from a dvd is more beneficial than 30/40mins running? Does anyone know from experience what they have found works better via exercise? I know it may varie from person to person but just wanted your personal opinions?

Slip ups over the weekend

Still not 100% sure what a calorie deficit is?
So I'm still confused to what a calorie deficit is? It doesn't make sense to me, when it says burn more calories than you consume this is what I thought it is...
