I asked on another forum if raw eggs would go bad having been in the fridge all night when it wasn't working. I was basically bombarded with "never keep eggs in the fridge" like it was a rule or something, though no one could answer why. I've always kept (raw) eggs in the fridge. Net calories
I get why MFP doesn't want you to go below 1200 calories and warns you if you do, but why doesn't it warn you when you net below 1200 calories? I often net below 1200 and get no warning. Is is different because I still ate more than 1200 even though I burned some of that off?

Thought the exercise would do me good!
On Wednesday I decided to take the stairs instead of using the lift, thought the exercised would be great, so walked down 18 floors. How wrong was I! The next 2 days my calves hurt so bad I can hardly walk and walking is my main exercise. Don't think I'll be doing that again. Anyone else had any exercise mishaps?
