Nauseous while exercising

These last couple of days I've been feeling nauseous during exercise. I go for a walk in the morning and feel fine, but during my workouts on an afternoon (usually strength or aerobic) I've felt sick, not like I will be sick, just sickly. I usually exercise about 2 hours after my lunch, so not on a full stomach. I drink about 700ml of water in the morning could it be I'm not drinking enough?

Edit: I do actually feel better after eating something about 20mins after exercising, could it also be not eating enough?

I am going to send you a link. I wrote about this not too long ago.

You might just have a little bug since it's been only 2 days. Have you changed anything about your eating, water intake, exercise schedule, type of exercise, sleep schedule, etc? What is the temperature in your workout room, has it changed? Has the weather changed? It could a lot of things, including an inexplicable variation in your body. Try changing up a few things, or just wait and see if it persists.

Thanks everyone, it has only been 2 days, so I'll try a few things differently, see how it goes.
