Can someone tell me if I'd get the same benefit on the treadmill if I went slower, about 2.1-2.5 with an elevation of about 7 as I do going 3.6 with lower elevation (.5-1.0)? My HR is about the same. How accurate is mfp on calories burned while walking?
I walk a lot & don't log the hour walking I do every morning with my dogs since I have light exercise down already, but I do log walking I do beyond that & it seems too high calories burned-wise to me but I don't have much experience with burning calories

Why weigh meat raw?
I've read on here to weigh meat raw but I eat alot of ground turkey. Raw it weighs 5.5oz(It's extra lean & has water in it from defrosting) when i weigh it cooked, it's 3.4oz

can tea count as liquid (water)?

Is eating more calories after the exercise gives you more to eat really nessesary? I've stopped logging the exercise because i don't want to eat more calories?
