Is there any point..
In doing sit ups and squats etc while I'm still far from my target weight? I have at least 3 stone to lose so right now is there any point doing all the muscle work or should I wait until I am closer to my target weight? Thanx

29th birthday today
I have given myself a 1 year target to get lose 3 stone! Hopefully I will make it sooner but I want to be at target and feeling amazing for my 30th birthday! Fit and 30 is what I really want!!!!!!

To weigh or not to weigh
Does anybody not weigh their self at all? I find my motivation can go up and down depending on the what the scales say. Does anybody find it best to weigh at all? Or just very infrequent?

Why do i ruin it
By binging.... been fighting the urge to binge for 3 days and today I finally gave in Really annoys me that I can't control it and I have no idea how to stop it. I've been doing it all my adult life and I wish I could stop!

Hi. I have just got my fitbit this morning. Set it up and thought I had linked it to MFP. But when I go to the "app and device " and "connected " on the MFP app it's not showing anything is connected. Any advice would be great thank you x

Exercise calories
I've only been doing this since yesterday and so far I'm loving it. Even had a bar of chocolate in my calories!! Since weightwatchers changed their plan it got really hard to fit chocolate in! What I'd like to know is. Are the exercise calories I've earnt meant to be eaten? And still have a loss...... I've earnt around…

Does everybody just count calories or do you count the carbs and protein etc aswell. ? 1st proper day tomorrow!

1700 Cals too high?
Is anybody on this many cals? I'm 5.5 about 13.10 stone and a woman. I don't want to go too low as I was planning on lowering as I gradually lose weight. But just wondered if others was on this amount? Thanx

Saving calories
Hi. I've just downloaded the app and wondered if it gives you the option to save calories, like carry them over to the next day. Incase your eating out etc?
