Eat at their maintenance calories and lose by weight by exercise only?

ME! As soon as I start eating at 1,350-1,400 I lose. Probably losing more muscle than anything, but still losing. Even if I continue eating 1,500-ish and just incorporate cardio in addition to lifts, I lose. It's possible! Just make your work outs count, go hard every minute in the gym with little to no rest.1
