Has anyone experexperied being on ww and not losing weight because they were eating to little? Pn WW i was eating 1100-1400 calories, mfp says 1660, any feedback? I'm feeling so defeated... :(

I messed up...
I mistakenly forgot to add my protein bar which was 190 calories...so now I am 183 calories over my budget. I did do 1 hour of weight and 1 hour of cardio...i usually only eat back 150 calories for one hour...Do u think I over are back exercise calories for 2? I'm so upset I messed up!

When setting my activity I don't know how to set it. I work out heavy 6 days a week, for one hour a day. The rest of the day I go to work which is somewhat active, I'm on my feet and moving, then u gonto puck up my three year old daughter, I do house work, park etc. Should I put active or very active?
