Hi, I just raised my calories by 250, I set my weight loss goal for .5 (half) a pound a week and I eat back 100 calories back from exercise a day...i have been do I g this for 3 days now and I'm feeling a lil bloated, gassy is this normal....

reverse dieting...i get it but I dont
I understand the whole concept of reverse dieting but I don't get how one can lose 1 pound a week at 1550 and then after reverse dieting they can still lose that one pound at 2000 calories. I messed up...
I mistakenly forgot to add my protein bar which was 190 calories...so now I am 183 calories over my budget. I did do 1 hour of weight and 1 hour of cardio...i usually only eat back 150 calories for one hour...Do u think I over are back exercise calories for 2? I'm so upset I messed up!

When setting my activity I don't know how to set it. I work out heavy 6 days a week, for one hour a day.
