just raised calories, help!

Hi, I just raised my calories by 250, I set my weight loss goal for .5 (half) a pound a week and I eat back 100 calories back from exercise a day...i have been do I g this for 3 days now and I'm feeling a lil bloated, gassy is this normal....

    If you're feeling gassy it's because of what you're eating... some foods tend to make people feel more grassy.

    Is there any different foods you added that might be causing the bloating, or did you just increase your portion size?
