Add exercise -cardiovascular-strength training (weight lifting)0

But then I have to manually put the calories I burn in there, I don't know how much I burn, I life alot though!0

? It works just like any other entry...the only one you have to manually enter is under strength, not cardio, and it's not for calories, it's for weight, sets, and reps. Just put in the minutes you workout, mfp comes up with calories burned. If you create your own exercise under cardiovascular, then yes, you would have to calculate your own calories. Btw, calories burned for strength training are much lower than something like running (fwi).1
