HI everyone,
I am not new to health and fitness. I have been on weight watchers as long as i can remember. I track everything and stay within my 26 points. For the past few months I have stayed the same and now I am beginning to gain. I have no cheated, I weight train (bodybuild) 4 days a week and I do high intense HIT cardio the other two days. I dont understand what is happening to me, BUt i feel hopeless and dont know what to do...any suggestions...

If you want to try something different, you could use this app's tracking and see what your calories are. You could even plug in some sample 26 point days and see how they look. How do you measure the amounts of things for your points? Any possibility of getting slack with that over time and the portions creeping up a bit?

Has anything else in your daily routine changed--job, hobbies, free time activities? My daily calorie needs can vary by 300+ just due to non-exercise activity, even silly stuff like shopping/slow walking at festivals/gardening.

How is your sleep? Are you feeling fatigued at all during your workout? My calories for (on-paper) the same workout can vary by 50% or more depending on how energetic I am.

Have you had a checkup recently? (maybe something thyroid related)

Just some possibilities to look into. Good luck!!
