10,000 step in 30 days challenge
I've started the 10,000 steps in 30 days challenge. My question is has anyone else done it and how long does it take for your muscles to get use to it? My quads and hips really get sore and tight towards the end.

New Workout Routine
Started new routine this week. 3 day full body. Mondays 4@8 5X5 on Wednesday and 3@12 on Friday. Boy the 12 rep's kicked my butt even with all the cards I've done. Haven't done anything in the 12 rep range in sometime. Think it's going to be a good workout .

My fitness and Protein
One thing I don't understand is how My fitness calculate protein. My daily allowance according to My fitness is 83g. That isn't even 1/2 of what I should be getting at 185lb. From all I have read it's a 1 to 1 tactical. Now I am over 30% body fat so I am figuring 0.8 would be closer. That puts me at around 166g.

Heart Rate and Age
Been doing a HIIT workout for my card and like the way it gets me going. But at 65 the recommended heart rate is low and I have trouble keeping down there. For me I feel better at around 128 for the lower and 138 for the higher rate. Anyone else feel like this?
