Assume Chest Work Out

Been doing barbell bench and dumbell inclines. So today I changed it up. I did my bench and incline on Pcore plate load machines. I really like the way I like the way I can isolate my pec and get a good squeeze on the last reps on these. Talk about a burn and pumpmy pecs were talking to me today. After incline I did some DB pullers and then some weight assited dips. I finshed it all off with 3 sets of incline flyes.
