New Workout Routine

Started new routine this week. 3 day full body. Mondays 4@8 5X5 on Wednesday and 3@12 on Friday. Boy the 12 rep's kicked my butt even with all the cards I've done. Haven't done anything in the 12 rep range in sometime. Think it's going to be a good workout
