Thought I would give this a try. Been trying to drop 20lb and get down to 15% body fat. But can't seem to get a handle on my diet hopping this will get me an idea where I'm at calorie whys. So far it looks like it just might do that. Just hope I can stick with it. Don't have trouble hitting the gym and the weights. Like doing HIIT for Cardiff. Just can't seem to behave my self when it comes to eating.

    I also have problems with eating healthy, ugh! I am trying to change that and adding in more exercise to my day. Good luck!
