Is anyone else here susceptible to morning binges?
As the titles states. Mornings, even though I’m not that hungry are a time I often binge. Baffles others when I’ve discussed this, I think it’s my way of avoiding the issues of the day to come, has anyone else found this to be a vulnerable time?

Breakfast slump 3 hours post - advice?
I am generally woken early. My day starts with 3-4 cappuccinos made with skimmed milk(1 pint altogether). I used to have cereal but now have a protein bar Atkins. Today I also had 2 slices seeded bread toast and an apple. Three hours later I felt awful. I initially switched from cereal (porridge milk and nuts) as I thought…

Oops I binged
I woke up early worrying about work, and switched on the lap top, had few creamy coffees then raided the biscuits. Then I Started snacking on the kids sugary cereal (treat cereal for the weekend). I felt great at the time. It’s odd I could go for days ignoring these foods and not tempted. A night of little sleep and a bit…

Finding it really tough/ mild depression.
When I was younger I could “get into the zone”. Now I must say, I find moderating kcal intake challenging. I eat when stressed and bored. I have a tough jobs and children (as do most of the population). I keep thinking tomorrow will be different. I seem to be stuck in a rut and turning to food too often. I am worried as…

Other experience fluoxetine appetite
I’m doing a little research about the effects of fluoxetine (Prozac) on appetite. I have a family member who went onto fluoxetine and they gained a lot of weight. Yet I have read it can help with depression related over eating. I wonder what other’s experiences have been like and if you would mind sharing. Thank you!

Binge eaters only. Loving food, too much, managing stress hormone over earing
I love food. In the morning I think about my breakfast, then a snack then my lunch then my tea. It’s frustrating as as my stress levels increase or hormones (monthly time) go out of whack I just want the eat, a lot. I want to eat when I get in from work and it’s gotten worse recently. I have young children so can’t just go…

Upped my carbs and hunger has increased!
I had been feeling tired, a lot. There could be anunwbr if logical reasons for this. Over the festive period there were Uber amounts of food and I had expected weight gain which I thought I would sort out when back into normal routine and following a balanced diet. Today: Skimmed milk, 1 pint and a protein bar at breakfast…

I am one for balance with diet. However, I’m also not very strong willpowered with certain foods. Today it was avocado on fresh seeded bread, lovely and health. I thought one slice (I wasn’t hungry but was cold and tired). Then I had a lot more. I was convinced it was going to be one slice.... there aren’t many slices left…

Then, back to normal once literal phase is over. Obviously this is preventing me from getting where I want to be an…
