I’ve found an appetite suppressant- HIT exercise doh!

I have always been active and am someone with an insatiable appetite. I tried 20 minute exercise bike heart rate 170 beats per minute and for probably the first time ever (not being ill) my cravings to just overeat disappeared!

I find walking increases my appetite....

    HIIT rowing machine affects my appetite similarly to steady-state rowing machine of reasonable duration. But strength training makes me ravenous. ;)
