I’ve found an appetite suppressant- HIT exercise doh!

I have always been active and am someone with an insatiable appetite. I tried 20 minute exercise bike heart rate 170 beats per minute and for probably the first time ever (not being ill) my cravings to just overeat disappeared!

Glad you found this out . . . but it seems to vary by person.
HIIT rowing machine affects my appetite similarly to steady-state rowing machine of reasonable duration. But strength training makes me ravenous.0
