True or false
I have heard that your stomach shrinks after eating less for some time. Is this a medical fact or is it noncence. If true surely this would be a great motivator for portion control. We could believe that in time our own body would make it easier for us to eat less.

Blood donation
Found one downside to weight loss, I am not allowed to donate blood, I believe you have to be over 7stone 12lbs/110lbs. Seems a shame cause I feel healthier than before. Should donation not come down to health rather than weight.

Hi, I just put my stats into the nutracheck app, according to that site my calories per day to maintain is 1551 yet on MFP it is 1200, why such a difference and now I'm second guessing which one is correct

Not gaining weight
