I have heard that your stomach shrinks after eating less for some time. Is this a medical fact or is it noncence. If true surely this would be a great motivator for portion control. We could believe that in time our own body would make it easier for us to eat less.

Yes it shrinks... Not the way you think it does.. size depends on food you consume.
