Flexitarian diet

Hi, unknowingly I have became a flexitarian without even knowing. It is neither a vegetarian or vegan because it is mostly a plant based diet but still allowing the occasional lean meat product and no prossessed food. I don't necessarily think it needs a special name. I would say it is a healthy diet. Does anyone else consider themselves a flexitarian.

I never thought about it but that is mostly how I eat. I eat occasional meat but mostly pescetarian. I'm going to give up meat for good as soon as I finish what is in my freezer.

    Same.

I've also never heard the processed food part included.

My husband and I eat vegetarian/vegan about 80% of the time, so I guess I would "qualify" otherwise.
