Hi, I just put my stats into the nutracheck app, according to that site my calories per day to maintain is 1551 yet on MFP it is 1200, why such a difference and now I'm second guessing which one is correct

That site gives you an approx guideline to find your appropriate maintenance when you reach 'goal'. It gave me 1787 to maintain for example.

I might very well maintain on one of the lesser calorie intakes depending on increase or decrease in activity level. Also I will note this site gives me a 185 calorie difference in BMR so I don't know about that.

All this said, what is your 'real world' calorie intake and scale weight doing? All of these numbers are just baseline numbers (estimates), pick an app to use and monitor/guage your intake against your scale weight to determine your actual numbers.

I see what your saying, I guess I will stick with MFP, seems to be working for me, it would get kinda confusing if you were trying to follow advice from to many different apps thanks for your input
