Pocket Pita Toasted w/ Mashed Peas/Broccoli in Plain Humus. I mix different Veggies into my Hummus. Sometimes I Bake an Eggplant and add it to the Hummus. Just about any Fresh Veggie.

Two Weeks
And going at a steady pace. Woo hoo! I have got this. Eating much healthier Breakfasts...and careful of everything I eat. No, none, nada, of any type of sweets or junk for two weeks.
