And going at a steady pace. Woo hoo! I have got this. Eating much healthier Breakfasts...and careful of everything I eat. No, none, nada, of any type of sweets or junk for two weeks. Eating healthier has curved the desire for that piece of anything sweet. Well in my way to a better ME,in every sense of the word.

    Sounds good! It's a good start, just keep up. For me the first three weeks were a little difficult to stick to my goals and after that it was getting easier. Eating healthier is the main thing. I cut back on sweets a lot too but sometimes I just can't resist.
