Goal today=1,200-1,242+144=102, does this mean I still need to eat the 102 or not? Thank you for help.

Your goal is 1200. Did you eat the 1242, and then exercise 144 cals worth?0

Then yes, the 102 is left for you to eat. That being said, many activity trackers and MFP overestimate exercise calories (not all will, but many do), so often people will only eat 50-75% of their exercise calories until they know how accurate their tracker is.1
